EXCHANGE AND REFUND CONDITIONS
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your order before it is shipped, you must send your request to us on 0532 47533 23 until 15:00 on the same day. If your order is on the way, you will be notified of this and returns will be required.
PRODUCT RETURN TIME
Unexcused returns and product exchanges:
If the product did not meet your expectations for various reasons, you have the right to return without excuse within 14 days. For periods exceeding 14 days, no refunds are available through refund.
Defective products:
If you make a refund due to any defect caused by the product, you can return the product you received within 30 days from the delivery date. The decision that the product is defective is made by authorized technical services. Faults encountered after this period will be considered under warranty. REQUIRED MATTERS FOR REFUND
• Before sending the product for return or exchange, it is absolutely necessary to give us information about the subject via e-mail or our phone number 0532 475 33 23, otherwise your return or exchange cannot be made or it may take much longer.
• You should send the product together with its original invoice and you should definitely put your invoice in the package you will send. Returns sent without invoice are not acceptable.
• The product you will be returning must not be used and must not be damaged by the use error. You must send the products you want to return with all the accessories.
PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE RETURN SCOPE
All products determined by the authorized technical units can be returned, but unexcused returns cannot be made in the following cases:
Out of scope products:
• All used products (due to loss of merchantability, even if it is suitable for return and exchange period, no return or exchange is possible)
• Custom made products.
